Cooking on a revising weekend because it’s more fun than revising HAHHAHA
Lunch for one:
Baked (purple) sweet potato with a dollop of plain yogurt and cinnamon
Baked egg in a tomato shell topped with cheese and herbs
Stir fried onions and carrots, seasoned with black pepper
It turned out better than I expected :)
Nutrition-wise it was good too! Sweet potato for my source of starch/carbohydrates; tomato, onion and carrots for my source of fibre; egg for protein…. not to mention the calcium in yogurt and cheese HEHEHHEHEHE :)
Yay :D Oh and vegetarian too!!
